For some reason everytime I try to add minutes, my phone comes up with the notice that -add airtime is unavailable-. I try to do it via computer but I keep getting shunted to -buy airtime-, not add airtime.
I have already obtained a card for new minutes; when I do get through and punch in the numbers required I am told that the minutes are added; however even after 45 minutes the new minutes do not register on my screen. My minutes were purchase through a Roundys grocery outlet on 07/22/09.
I entered through your site on computer. No minutes were assigned to my phone.
