I wanted 2% milk as the label showed, instead they filled the container with 1% milk, I want free milk in Return and compensation for the inconvenience.

Management is very disrespectful when it comes to a problem I had to call corporate to resolve it She looked up. My transaction found the item that was spoiled, and there was no problem refunding my purchase. It should have been taken care of at the store level

BTW...You posted a wrong number for Roundys customer service. Here's my product issue below. That says it all.

GYesterday I went to the Roundy's on Mequon Road in Germantown Town and it was approx. 11:30 to get hot ham and rolls. I was told by the assistant manager that they were out of hot ham. It's Sunday a Packers v Bears Sunday how can u be out of hot ham. This is very bad planning on the part of the store and why when u saw the ham was getting low why did u not put more ham in the cooker and not tell people it would be a half hour till u could get ham. I went to Piggly Wiggly and they had plenty

Quality, variety, and availability of fresh as well as packaged merchandise. Miss the Metro Market quality and availability of products when this store originally opened. Waiting for paper bags...forever...your plastic bags are flimsy, and, even when double bagged, tear easily and quickly. Availability of more than one actual checker would be helpful, instead of increased number of self-check outs. Sad to see this occur in my community.

I purchase whole or cut-up chickens weekly and have found the Heritage Farms products to be fine prior to cooking but after cooling they have a very old flavor. Does not matter date. I will try the Perdue product but since have found a much better product elsewhere. Thank you for your looking into this product line.

purchased 2 half gallons of roundys milk on10/07/20 dated 10/19/20. Used one and it was fine. Opened the second 1/2 gallon 10/12/20 and something was wrong with it. Both my husband and I tasted it and agreed. We through it out.

After hours. I called the Pick n Save on Mayfair Rd just south of North Ave to see if they had Jewish memorial candles because the Metro Market Ihad to go to for my prescriptions didn't. I've had luck there before I was told they had them. I don't see a one so I ask for manager who tells me they're in the candle aisle and I said no, they're with the kosher foods. But drag me down the candle aisle she did. Well there was another manager maybe, she was in street clothes, asking what I was looking for. I said I was told you had them or I wouldn't have risked me or you by coming out. The 1st mgr was apparently the one that answered the phone and told me I asked if they carried them. So I start going at it with her. The other one tells both of us to stop. Excuse me, you think it's okay for your employee to talk to me like that? Then she asked if I wanted her to go look in back to which I said yes but she keeps going which only pushes me. Then says I'm gonna ask one more time if you want me to go look and I snapped and asked her what part of yes didn't she understand. Meanwhile there's presumably another mgr right there in street clothes asking what I'm looking for. So I tell him. She comes out with these tall *** candles with JESUS on them and I really snapped. So she goes on about how she's risking her life every day. I get that, I really do. But I'm practically crying now because I'm not sure there's any worse way to insult a Jew. At this point I told the other maybe mgr he should educate his employees. As I was walking back, from that angle, I caught one out of the corner of my eye because they were high enough where I couldn't see pushed way back behind a stack of them looking straight on. At no time did anyone offer to walk over to the kosher aisle with me to see if I had missed them. This whole incident could have been avoided and I feel awful for the way I acted.

I HAD A PROBLEM WITH AN EXPENSIVE PIECE OF MEAT THAT WAS COOKED PROPERLY BUT WAS TOUGH AS SHOE LEATHER. THE STORE WAS AT FIRST VERY ACCOMMODATING BUT THEN DUE TO COVID I WAS LAX IN PURSUING MY$97 REFUND, SO THEN THEY DIDN'T WANT TO HELP ME, SO I TURNED TO CORPORATE WHO WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING AND THEY TOOK CARE OF THE RETURN FOR ME WITH NO PROBLEM!!!

The store located near 35th and North Ave. Milwaukee, WI public restrooms are extremely filthy. Both of them. One wants to vomit.

It's 2020 and I can't believe you are unable to produce a milk jug that doesn't leak when pouring

I notified the management of Pick n Save at 6760 W. National Ave. in West Allis, WI on 6/27/19 that at least five of their grocery carts were behind a house at 6840 W. National Ave. and was told it would be taken care of. As of Monday, 7/8/19, there are now seven carts behind this house all by a large green dumpster. I have seen kids playing with these carts, swinging them around, dumping them over and riding all over the alley in them. Aren't carts suppose to stay in the store parking lot as it is illegal to remove from the premises? Another gal also told the West Allis Health dept. about this as not only are there carts there, there are also rats. I give it another week, then I will call the local tv news Ch. 58 since they love doing local news stories in the nieighborhood (they are less than two miles away). Maybe by the time this issue is addressed, half of the grocery carts just might be parked there.

I have purchased four containers of frozen red raspberries on two different occasions. Each container was filled with raspberry juice, water, and sugar. there were NO whole berries at all. I have been buying these same containers for years and never had this problem until recently. For 10 ounces of raspberry juice I paid around $2. 50. I am not happy.
